Larger organizations with existing teams who need outside support for specific problems. These engagements tend to involve defined scopes and clear reporting lines. They sometimes last months, sometimes years.

Companies in a scaling phase where process hasn't caught up with pace. We typically work alongside internal teams here, helping structure what's already happening — not introducing new complexity.
Early-stage teams
Smaller setups where one person often wears multiple hats. The work here is usually more hands-on and less layered. We tend to move faster in these engagements.
