If your team needs something we don't do in-house, we can usually bring in someone from the network. This is not a referral program — it's how we extend our capacity on specific engagements without diluting the quality of the work.
The coordination still goes through us. The people involved still operate under the same standards we apply internally.
For freelancers
If you're an independent operator who does good work and prefers clean, project-based engagements — we're interested. We bring people into client work on a per-project basis, with clear scopes. No exclusivity, no bureaucracy.
We tend to look for people who are strong in one area rather than okay at many. Specialization matters here.
How it works
We don't onboard everyone who applies. The network grows slowly, based on actual working relationships. If we've done good work together before, that's usually enough. If not, we'll look at your work and have a short conversation.
